it looks nicer than the rubber stopper I was using but because the drain opening is so much smaller, the water drains much slower

The stopper is okay, but the water goes down the drain slowly. If you take a bath and have the heavier rubber rings on it, it will work and keep the water in. I take showers, so I have to remove the whole thing to make the water go down faster. I am still looking for the kind I bought some years back for another place I lived in. It worked a lot better.

The drain plug on my cast iron, expensive, jetted tub broke after a couple of years. The plumber wanted several hundred dollars to remove a cabinet to get to the plumbing to see what was wrong. The tub is not broken in any other way and I was not about to pay 400+ dollars for a fix. I found this item in your catalog and for the money I thought I's try it. It works like a charm and looks like it always belonged on the tub. Thanks for having these types of solutions to everyday problems.
